For years, volunteers from Canterbury United Methodist Church have picked up donations of breads and pastries from Panera Bread Company and deliver them to GBM on a weekly basis so that we can include them in our bags of groceries to clients every Friday morning.

In response to our School Uniform Drive email blast, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church donated 14 boxes of shirts, pants, shorts, and some accessories. We appreciate these and the many other donations we’ve received in response to our e-mail blast.

GBM encourages everyone to buy local when shopping for fresh produce. One source is the growing number of community gardens popping up around the metro area.
