“Canned Goods”

In the summer months, children do not have the benefit of school lunches.  Any non-perishable foods you could provide would be GREATLY appreciated!

“Office Help”

Volunteers are needed for occasional office help:  copying, preparing mailouts, filing.  Having someone to do these tasks can free up the staff to more adequately take care of our clients’ needs.  This is a gift of time.

 “Haulers”

GBM frequently needs someone to pick up or deliver donated items.  Anyone with a truck or large car could be sure a wonderful gift reaches the one who needs it.

 “Uniforms”

B’ham City School children are required to wear uniforms.  The cost of a uniform combined with school supplies is more than many families can afford.  White shirts (sleeves and collar), pants (blue, black or khaki), socks, underwear, undershirts, belts, are all a wonderful way to help a child be ready for school.  For those who would like to contribute monetary gifts to GBM’s uniform fund, the cost of each is approx. $55.

 “Financial Gifts”

GBM receives thousands of requests to help with prescriptions, utility bills, rent.  This aid is administered efficiently and carefully.

GBM belongs to you.
