Directions to GBM
GBM is located at the corner of 23rd Street North and 12th Avenue North. We are two blocks northeast of the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center in downtown Birmingham.
From the east, take I-20/59 toward downtown Birmingham and exit at the 31st Street exit (Exit 126B). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp, and then take an immediate left onto to 12th Avenue North at the traffic light. Go 8 blocks east on 12th Avenue North to the intersection of 12th Avenue North and 23rd Street.
From the north, take I-65 South to the intersection with I-20/59 and follow the downtown Birmingham/Atlanta signs. Exit at the second exit (22nd Street). Go straight at the light at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the second traffic light where the road ends at the intersection with 23rd Street North. Go 2 blocks to the intersection with 12th Avenue North.
From the west via I-20/59, go past the intersection with I-65 and exit at the second exit (22nd Street). Go straight at the light at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the second traffic light where the road ends at the intersection with 23rd Street North. Go 2 blocks to the intersection with 12th Avenue North.
From the south via I-65, take I-65 to the intersection with I-20/59 and follow the signs for Atlanta. Exit at the second exit (22nd Street). Go straight at the light at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the second traffic light where the road ends at the intersection with 23rd Street North. Go 2 blocks to the intersection with 12th Avenue North.
From the South via Red Mountain/E.B. Stephens Expressway (US 280), follow the expressway past downtown Birmingham on your left and follow the signs for Carraway Boulevard at the I-20/59 split. Go under the interstate to the 4th traffic light and turn left onto 12th Avenue North. Go 3 blocks to the intersection with 23rd Street North.
